Downtown Manhattan is like any area going through transistion. Already
know for Chelsea and TriBeCa you'll also find the commercial buildings
all around the Wall Street area are being transformed into comtemporary
residential well-appointed apartments. Plus being in the downtown of
Manhattan you're so close to Battery Park, Chinatown, or the South Street
Seaport. Enjoy the many world famous restaurants that in this area.
However, if you choose to make the downtown your home be prepare to
pay the very high costs for the condos in the area. You will not be
able to find anything under $500 thousand and expect to pay much more
for reasonable accommodations.
The landmarks you'll find in this part of Manhattan include the Trinity
